COMEDY NIGHT (WINE CLUB)

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Comedian Spank E. has done clean stand up comedy professionally for 34 years. He now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he is a radio on-air personality at KSHP 107.1FM / AM1400 on the Jokez and Jamz Morning Squad.

Legendary comedian Bernie Mac was the 1st person to put him on stage and give him a shot in stand-up comedy. Spank E. trained under Bernie Mac for 6 years, before Bernie's passing.

Comedian Spank E. is a BET Comic View alum, and was the former House Emcee at The Funny Bone Comedy Club in Memphis, TN from 2004 to 2010. While in Memphis, Spank E. was rewarded with State Resolution #14 from the State of Tennessee House Legislature; honoring him as a Humanitarian for the countless donations of his performances to raise money for charitable organizations. He is the only comedian to ever receive that honor.

Spank E. has appeared on the television series ''Chicago Fire'' on CBS, as well as ABC-tv's ''Mind Games''; alongside actors Christian Slater and Luis Guzman. He was a lead actor in the HBO cable television series ‘'Driven’', and had a lead role in the FOX reality television series ‘'The Sound Off’'. He has appeared in a national M.A.D.D. (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) television commercial and has performed in concert with the late Bernie Mac, Marlon and Shawn Wayans, Kirk Franklin, legendary R&B group Earth Wind and Fire, Robin Thicke, and Steve Harvey. In 2011, Spank E. relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada at the request of Sherry Gordy; Berry Gordy's daughter, to Host her "Las Vegas Soul Festival" concert series, and has been in Las Vegas ever since.

On June 22nd, 2025 in Las Vegas at the Lamarre Theater, Spank E. will be the recipient of the 2025 Robin Harris Lifetime Achievement Award from the African American Humor Awards Society; honoring him once again for his comedic body of work, and as a Humanitarian.

Spank E. is currently the Host every Thursday and Friday at late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel's Comedy Club in Las Vegas, NV.
