This grape is grown on our Winery Estate and aged in French oak barrels. Our Cabernet is a fine, smooth red varietal that will delight the palate and enhance any meal that you serve it with. It is fruit-forward with aromas of black currant and hints of bell peppers. It pairs especially well with tri-tip and stuffed portabella mushrooms.
